Exchange with & learn from very experienced software architects.
Learning in changing, challenging projects, instead of having only one industry or product in front of you.
Time & feedback for personal development with learning time and training days every 6 weeks as well as weekly exchange in the UX team in an Open Hour.
We live our values, especially "Get closer when it gets harder."
If you are interested in working with us, apply online right here via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your cover letter of no more than 300 words, explain why you want to work at interfacewerk, what you can contribute and what you would like to learn by working with us.
We will review your application within a few working days and invite you to an initial interview (about 30 minutes) with Sebastian, one of our founders.
You will work with us on a challenge (approx. 2-3 hours) and have the opportunity to get to know other team members. Our development team is looking forward to it!
After an internal feedback round, we will potentially move on directly to contract negotiations.
We are looking forward to getting to know you!
